Adelle Rae Taylor is from Sarnia Ontario, where she grew up submersing herself in anything creative. It wasn’t until she attended Sheridan College for a year where she decided to take her artistic endeavours to another level. She then applied to OCAD and has since received her Bachelor of Fine Arts while majoring in painting and drawing. She has spent the last two years in Toronto, trying to find her new voice as an artist while working as a freelance photographer on the side. After putting down the paint and picking up pen and ink, Adelle has found a new love in the flowing, fleeting and spontaneity of ink on paper.

Her current work is inspired from the movement in nature, 18th century patterns, human anatomy, fictional characters or narratives, and subtle notions of her current lifestyle.
