Dec. 12-31 Officially Unofficial Fan Art Show

OFFICIALLY UNOFFICIAL FAN ART SHOW IN SUPPORT OF BILLY TALENT DRUMMER’S F.U.MS Charity and Nerd North Media present The Officially Unofficial Fan Art Show at #Hashtag Gallery in Toronto with proceeds going to the MS Society of Canada, care of F.U.MS.

F.U.MS is a series of events from axe throwing to golf tournaments to rock concerts to raise money and awareness for youth affected by Multiple Sclerosis, created by Aaron Solowoniuk, drummer for multi-platinum-selling Canadian rock band Billy Talent.

“If you had the privilege of attending 2015's Fan Art Show, I know you were not disappointed. If you are a fan of Star Wars and Art, make sure to come out to this show," says Solowoniuk, who was diagnosed with MS at the age of 24. “I’m very grateful that people are coming together to help fight MS"
Curated by Solowoniuk’s long-time friend Bowman, the art show features 12 local/international artists celebrating a movie franchise that has inspired countless generations and influenced pop culture and the way movies are made forever.
In addition to Bowman, the other participants are Eric ClementCube WorksBrent Andrew DotyD$Adrian HaylesPaul JacksonJoverine,  ModuliciousStu DeadRCADE and Eric Vedder.

This September's Bill Murray Day Fan Art Show (also held at #Hashtag Gallery), with The Toronto International Film Festival's (TIFF) blessing, the OUFAS raised $1500. Event organizers hope to double that amount while raising awareness for F.U.MS and MS research.
