Vice magazine joins us starting Thursday July 26th, for the Toronto leg of their Annual Photo Show.

“It’s July which means it’s finally hot here and the annual Photo Issue is out. It also means it’s that time of year where we cram a bunch of people in galleries to partake in our Photo Show, drink some cold drinks, take in some culture and participate in an impromptu sweat lodge. This year however we are happy to graciously extend the invitation to Vancouver for the first time, plus the old steadies of Toronto and Montreal.

We’ll be showcasing wild and weird photographs from the issue itself as well as work from one of our favorite young Canadian photographers, Jon Estwards. Estwards does stuff like construct props and costume pieces of out yarn that he’s blended in a blender, boil his photographs using his mother’s kitchen stove or spend hours scouring the shores of the Detroit River looking for dead animal carcasses to attach to his body parts – wacky!”
