September 8-18 KLEESHAY: “Uplifted In The Basement”

This show will exist in two parts; half of it will be smaller illustrations that use word play as well as logo flips and re-purposing to create conceptual and hopefully humorous designs. The other half will blend poetry and iconic pop imagery on larger scale canvas and wood panel. The viewer will be exposed to current pop culture juxtaposed with fragments of nostalgia, all of which will unfold like a conversation between a cynic and a dreamer.
