JAN. 31 – FEB. 17 ANDY KITTMER: “BAD BLOOD”

JANUARY 31st Andy Kittmer travels from St.Mary’s to take #Hashtag Gallery by storm! His tattoo and skate culture inspired images rich in both colour and detail will fully immerse you in his universe, and leave you wanting more.

This series of works depicts how society stigmatizes individuals due to their beliefs, looks, addictions, opinions, and how we all have a story to tell. How some of our most powerful memories are of something heartfelt or bad.

Each piece carries it’s own entity, not just depression, but of a deep state of emotion frozen in time as if to be studied, as if to say “This is me, accept it!”

Join us starting at 7pm on the 31st for an evening of art, mingling, and some great food which has been graciously provided by GameDay on College! We look forward to seeing you, and are extremely excited for this show!
